Throughout his career, Charles has worked for Ford Motor Company and Procter & Gamble, where he played key roles in optimizing supply chains, implementing Lean Manufacturing, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. At Ford, he developed leadership training initiatives and supplier frameworks that fostered value chain synergy and cost efficiency. His expertise extended to coaching cross-functional teams, executing competency frameworks, and delivering leadership workshops that built trust and alignment across complex organizations.
In the consulting realm, Charles has provided strategic guidance in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
