Jerome is passionate about organization, leadership, and development, with over 15 years of experience in the admin, finance, and human resource areas of diverse fields; commercial, educational, and more recently in the IT environment.
His professional journey includes being Head of Finance, Admin and HR, for Jemmic Sàrl, Luxembourg, - Business Development | Purchase Manager for Aura Group – Luxembourg, - Procurement Manager for School of the Nations, Brasília (Brazil), and Managing Partner for Brisa Tropical Events, Salvador (Brazil), among others.
In those roles he has been responsible for various operational aspects of companies including Finance, Administration & HR Management. However, what is most notable about his experience is his extensive work in capacity building and community development, specifically developing transformation & change agents.
His aim is to contribute effectively to the development of organizations, their systems, and processes, with a posture of learning and leadership, being responsible for projects of various complexities and teams of wide and international diversity.
